Sub-processors

Valcomm tech Oy uses these providers to run Click Context. Each one processes data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EEA.

Not sub-processors
- Shopify:the merchant's own commerce platform. The merchant has their own agreement with Shopify.
- The merchant's AI tool (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor): the merchant chooses it, connects it and has their own agreement with its provider. See section 6 of the privacy policy.
Changes to this list
We update this page before a new sub-processor receives store data. Merchants with a data processing agreement get notice by email at least 30 days before the change, and can object in that time.
