Click Context records what shoppers do on your Shopify storefront and serves it to your AI assistant over MCP. You ask why people are not buying, in plain English, and the answer comes back grounded in your own visitor behaviour instead of a general opinion about ecommerce.

What Click Context is
Three parts, and it helps to keep them separate in your head.
- A tracker on your storefront. A Shopify theme app embed plus a web pixel. It records page views, clicks, rage and dead clicks, hovers, scroll and section visibility, form field behaviour, JavaScript errors, Core Web Vitals, searches, cart events and checkout completion.
- A pipeline that turns events into answers. Raw events land continuously. A nightly rollup builds funnels, scores sessions, detects anomalies, runs the statistics and sizes the revenue leaks.
- An MCP server. 37 read-mostly tools your assistant calls on your behalf, plus a library of 21 playbooks it can load as MCP resources. It is one of a growing set of ecommerce MCP servers you can connect to Claude or ChatGPT.
There is a dashboard in your Shopify admin, but it is not the product. It exists to get you connected, show a nightly digest, and confirm data is arriving. The analysis happens in your assistant.
Why an MCP server rather than a dashboard
A dashboard answers the questions its designer anticipated. Behavioural analysis is not like that — the useful question is usually the third one, the one you only think of after seeing the answer to the second. “Desktop converts at zero” is only interesting once you ask why, and then which page, and then which element on that page.
Handing an assistant 37 tools over the same data lets it walk that chain in one conversation. The server also ships an instruction set that tells your assistant how to do the analysis properly: rank findings by money, never quote a store-wide rate without splitting it, and refuse to call a 30-session difference a finding.
